Insect jewellery was quite popular during the Victorian era, and this cool brooch is modelled as a scorpion. It's set with gorgeous moonstones along its body and pincers, which graduate in size and display an excellent blue adularescence, glowing beautifully as they move in the light. It's crafted in 15k gold throughout and dates from the Victorian period, circa 1890.
